Driven by shifting demographics and a bold new wave of youth migration, we are proud to launch the "IN-BETWEEN" Youth Innovation Project for the 2026 Taitung Expo. Under the core theme of "Harmonious Coexistence," we’ve built a seven-month "Action Base" where abstract policies evolve into powerful urban movements. Through deep dialogue and radical collaboration, we are tackling the defining challenges of our time: Sustainable Taitung and Youth Empowerment.

This isn’t just an exhibition; it’s a collective manifesto for future living. Grounded in over 200 demand surveys and immersive field research, we’ve decoded the "survival logic" of today’s youth in an ever-changing society. Our 30-day themed curation－featuring 7 signature markets, 6 high-impact events, and 20 unique practice models－unites thousands of young activists with the power of professional design. Together, we are showcasing Taitung’s creative edge in sustainability. Join us as we ignite the city’s brand and witness how youth creativity is driving the future of Taitung.

Experience the heartbeat of Taitung’s youth through our dual-track presentation of "Static Curation" and "Dynamic Action". At the National Taitung Living Arts Center, the main exhibition uses the "Intertidal Zone" (IN-BETWEEN) as a metaphor for the youth experience. Journey through five immersive scenes—Crossing Borders, Tidal Time, Habitats, Floating Islands of the Era, and Tidal Pull. Through cinematic installations and a curated collection of daily artifacts, we translate the fluid state of navigating the boundaries between work and life, and idealism and reality. It’s an invitation to see the daily practices of youth and rediscover your own place in the modern world.

Our dynamic programming breathes life into the city with 7 themed markets and 6 series activities, extending the concept of "Temporary Habitats" to every corner of Taitung. By focusing on lifestyle, emotion, and human connection, we’ve designed experiential spaces that prioritize raw, authentic dialogue over traditional consumerism. The program further bridges vision with action through entrepreneurship competitions and forums, fueled by the energy of over 16 local performance groups. From emotional resonance indoors to rational practice outdoors, we invite the public to step into this "Urban Exercise" and embrace the logic of youth living.
