In the summer of 2003, the design brand "Mogu" was born in Taipei. From the design and sale of lifestyle products such as T-shirts, canvas bags, natural dyed clothing, and paper products, it develops uniquely styled goods with a spirit of starting everything from scratch. Weaving, dyeing, patterning, and various steps are all personally selected and customized. These uniquely colored canvases and natural dyed lifestyle garments are just like the brand name "Mogu" (Mushroom); we take "minimalist proliferative change" as our design philosophy.

Shulang (Dioscorea cirrhosa) is a marvelous tuber plant growing in the low-altitude mountains of Taiwan. During the dyeing and boiling process, it emits a refreshing fragrance. The tannins and mucilage it produces happen to strengthen the fibers of the fabric. In the old days, fishermen used fishnets dyed with Shulang to prevent insects, rot, and increase toughness. Therefore, the Shulang bag may feel a bit stiff or rigid when first touched, but it will slowly soften through the humidity of the air and the warmth of hands. Every single one is different.
