Aunt Aijiao’s Tea Garden originates from "Gan Ming Ji Tea Garden." The owner, Gan Zhen-feng, devoted himself fully to tea making after being discharged from the military in 1982; and the lady boss at that time, Aunt Aijiao, was a famous tea-picking expert in the Luye area. The two were brought together by tea, joining hands to build a family and jointly guarding this tea garden. The couple extended their love for tea to the dining table, integrating tea fragrance into cooking and developing uniquely flavored tea meals; the brand "Aunt Aijiao" was thus born. Walking into Aunt Aijiao, what you taste is not just tea and cuisine, but our deep and gentle affection for this land. Aunt Aijiao’s Tea Garden guards this fragrance with both hands, letting every cup of tea tell its own story.
Contents: Red Oolong Tea Leaves (150g) x 4, Outer Box x 1
The Luye tea region once faced challenges of industrial transformation and market competition; Mr. Gan Zhen-feng, the owner of "Aunt Aijiao’s Tea Garden," was a participant in this history. Over the years, he has guarded the tea gardens with tea farmers, witnessing the transformation and growth of the Luye tea industry, and has continuously invested in promoting Red Oolong to let more people know about the characteristic fine tea of Luye, Taitung. The tea garden's Red Oolong insists on traditional delicate roasting; each batch of tea leaves must undergo over twenty hours of roasting, with repeated tea tasting and heat adjustment to gradually transform the tea fragrance. Every step is critical because the tea-making process cannot be undone; only care and experience can achieve a cup of fine tea.

The steadiness and ripe fruit aroma of Red Oolong interweave with the unique citrus sweetness of Yirgacheffe; the entry is a mellow coffee soul, while the aftertaste is a long-lasting Taitung tea charm. This cup is an encounter between two places: the daily coffee of Kaohsiung and the sunshine and tea gardens of Taitung. Two types of artisans talking well in the same cup. We have turned this dialogue into this limited-edition collaboration drip bag, hoping you can save a period of time to drink slowly for yourself in your busy life.
