King Young Enterprise Co., Ltd. was established in 1988 as a professional ribbon textile production factory; it is currently the only ribbon production factory in Taiwan with integrated consistency; its one-stop production procedures, standardized manufacturing processes, and professional services are deeply recognized by customers. In order to pass down the ribbon culture, through the guidance of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and ITRI, the Ribbon Museum was established in 2010 to selflessly present the years of textile history and the glimpses of hard-working figures.

Inside the Ribbon Museum, many colorful ribbons and the exciting production processes of ribbons are displayed, along with various happiness-themed ribbon products developed from ribbons; it passed the evaluation of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and ITRI in 2011 to become an excellent tourism factory, continuously seeking innovation and change, transforming the production factory into a tourism service factory, and becoming the first in Asia and the first in Taiwan to be a "ribbon-themed tourism factory."
