Dongjie Tea Garden has gone through three generations of management, treating the land with organic and friendly ways; everything from tea garden management and tea making to roasting is handled in-house; it has repeatedly won the gold medal in the Taitung specialty tea—Red Oolong tea evaluation. Having received honors in national competitions for tea-making technology, the owner participates in exhibitions across Taiwan during agricultural downtime to let more people know about Taitung's fine tea, bringing consumers a safe, healthy, and non-toxic organic ecological environment that flourishes endlessly. Won the 32nd Top Ten Shennong Award, with recognition for dedication and contribution to agriculture.

The appearance of Red Oolong is semi-spherical with a dark red, lustrous color. The tea liquor is amber orange-red, bright and clear like the color of black tea, yet the flavor is that of oolong tea. It’s a heavy fermented and roasted oolong tea, which can be used as an aged tea collection. The tea has a strong and ripe with a mellow and smooth taste. It’s vibrant and sweet, and it can be re-steeped. Won double gold medals in the Taitung County Specialty Tea Red Oolong Evaluation.
