Taiwan, a beautiful island with the reputation of "Formosa"; as early as the 16th century, the Portuguese gave Taitung a beautiful title - ALANGER. We are a group of children of Alanger, wanting to be ourselves, and hoping that you who love drinking coffee can also enjoy this uniquely flavored, healthy, and burden-free coffee.

We do not pursue luxurious or stimulating tastes; just like the cleanliness and pollution-free nature of Taitung, the coffee beans produced in Taitung have a light, mild flavor and a delicate, elegant, and mellow texture, with a tipsy aroma and sweetness. We incorporate environmental concepts into planting, educate and guide farmers in cultivation techniques, and hold coffee seminar activities; we even train appraisal and cupping teams to guard the taste of the first sip for everyone.

In 1974, the farm accepted the Arabica variety coffee beans left by the Japanese, planted near the Jinlun Creek basin next to the current South Dawu Mountain Nature Reserve, at 800 meters above the Jinhuang Hot Spring and Doufeilu Hot Spring near the old Paiwan Du-gu-wu tribe, achieving a wild coffee germplasm conservation area. The farm faces the sea with the mountain at its back, with sea breezes blowing all year round; coffee beans produced under natural farming methods in the mist-shrouded cloud belt possess the characteristics of both island beans and highland beans, and the brewed coffee has a more unique aroma and texture.
