The birth of Yi-Pin Tea Garden originated from the tea farmers' unwillingness to see their value underestimated. In the early years, the family made a living by selling raw tea leaves and was often under pressure from market price cuts; the first-generation tea farmer thus took a loan to build a factory and sent his son north to study under a master, embarking on the path of self-production and self-sales. At the age of 23, he won the first prize in the provincial tea-making competition with his exquisite tea-making skills, establishing his reputation as a "Luye Roasting Artisan." After the promotion of Red Oolong in 2008, in addition to the original semi-fermented Oolong tea, the tea garden began to produce Honey Fragrant Red Oolong and transformed into natural farming management, using tea leaves bitten by small green leafhoppers to make tea. We uphold the spirit of "Roasting tea based on its nature," tailoring a roasting curve according to the specific characteristics of the crude tea, sometimes slow-roasting for several hours, or lasting more than ten hours, or even letting it sit for several more years to let the tea quality settle and the aroma deepen. This process of not pursuing quick results is exactly our way of operation: exchanging time for flavor and achieving quality through persistence. Today's Yi-Pin Tea Garden tempers flavor with the artisan's patience and time, letting Luye Red Oolong carry the taste of the land and years.
