Bringing together culinary practice and musical creation, this project explores the histories, cultures, and natural landscapes of seven townships in Taitung—Dawu, Taimali, Chishang, Dulan, Chenggong, Beinan, and Luye.

Through field research and video documentation, it captures local ingredients, producers’ stories, and elements of musical culture. In collaboration with Le Ark Cocina and the Taitung Echo Orchestra, these materials are transformed through an interdisciplinary fusion of cuisine, music, and storytelling, culminating in a “multi-sensory dining performance”where local culture is reinterpreted and brought to life through the five senses.
